At GolfTees.com, we’re committed to delivering your golf gear quickly, accurately, and affordably. Please note that we currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

Production Time

Production time refers to how long it takes to create and process your order before it ships. Expedited shipping does not reduce production time—it only speeds up delivery after your order has been produced.

• Standard Custom Orders: Typically produced within 5 business days
• Custom Golf Balls: Require 7–10 business days due to the detailed customization process

Shipping Methods

• Ground Shipping (Standard)
  • Free on orders $75 or more
  • $10 flat rate on orders under $75

• Expedited Shipping
  • 3-Day Air: $15 (reduces transit time only)
  • Next Day Air (NDA): $50 (reduces transit time only)

Important: Expedited shipping only shortens the delivery time after production is complete. It does not expedite production time.

Holiday Shipping Policy

To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays, please review our seasonal shipping guidelines:

Non-Customized Orders

• Orders placed with standard shipping by December 15 are guaranteed to arrive by December 25.
• Orders placed with expedited shipping by December 18 are guaranteed to arrive by December 25.

Customized Orders

• Customized orders placed with standard shipping by December 10 are guaranteed to arrive by December 25.
• Customized orders placed with expedited shipping by December 15 are guaranteed to arrive by December 25.

We recommend placing orders as early as possible to avoid holiday carrier delays.
