What is the best color combination?
Keep in mind the color of the item and how it contrasts with the imprint color. For example, we sometimes receive a request of printing a black item with red imprint. This combination offers the least contrast, but if we switch this to a red item with a black imprint and will result in a more legible message. Combinations such as dark blue with white and yellow items with black will yield the highest contrast...you get the idea. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order is custom colored and then imprinted taking up to 5 days production. We then ship via Ground UPS or Ground FedEx. Depending on your shipping zip code, it can take up to four, sometime five days shipping days to receive your order.
How much does shipping cost?
$5 flat rate shipping, no matter how large. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Can I add express shipping?
Yes you can. This will allow us to ship your order overnight after approximately five days of required production time. Express shipping option is $35.00 no matter the size of your order.
Do you offer a multi-color imprinted tee selection?
We actually don’t...each order starts with natural birch wood, or blank plastic tees, they are custom colored and imprinted for each order. You might think that we have “colored” tees on hand and imprint them, though each order actually starts with a blank tee. There are some occasions when we may re-paint colored tees in order to recycle any available tees.

How do I submit my logo for imprinting?
When you select an item, you'll have the option of using text and logo options. For logo imprint, simply click the "browse" button and upload your logo. For tips and requirements on file formats, please visit the following page.

Do you offer a proof prior to printing?
We can provide an actual proof prior to production. There is a $25 charge to create the actual proof and will delay the order pending your approval. Most orders don’t require a proof. Customers only consider this when ordering 5,000 or more of a particular item.
Do we charge sales tax?
Currently, we collect sales tax in states we're currently required to. If you have tax-exempt status, please contact us and we'll refund the sales tax charged by providing necessary tax ID information. Unfortunately, our check-out process currently does not provide this capability, we need to verify the exempt status.
Can I get a refund?
We can only accept returns for unused or unopened products returned within 30 days of the order. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the products to Name It Golf. Customer must attach Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that will be provided by Name it Golf. Returns are only made in the form of payment which the customer used to purchase the product.
Customized products are non-refundable, they unfortunately have no re-sale value. We do not approve any customer proofs. If your product arrived and it did not match the proof, we will work with you to make this correct. If you received an incorrect product or Name It Golf has made a mistake, we will pay freight costs and send you the correct item for the inconvenience.
What if my completed order contains an error?
When submitting information for customization, please be very careful to inspect your entry as well as your receipt to ensure correct spelling and desired message. We have on occasion noticed errors in copy submission and have contacted customers to make necessary changes. Unfortunately, we’re unable to proof all entries. Errors resulting from customer submissions on imprinted items unfortunately cannot be refunded. In the rare instance this occurs, there may be an available discount to help defer the overall cost of reprinting.
In the unlikely event our staff makes an error, we will gladly re-print the items at not cost to you. A call tag will be sent to return the incorrect product, or we may ask or suggest that you donate the items to a local school or organization that can make use of the items at our discretion.
